Terms and Conditions

Puppy Classes

  1. Course fees are due in full at booking. No refunds are available for missed lessons or incompletion of the course including puppies being rehomed or illness.

  2. You must have completed a booking form at payment. On your confirmation email click ‘schedule’ and select the date of your first class and this will take you to a short form.

  3. If you know you have to miss a class we are happy for you to either get someone to fill in. It is advised that this person attends at least one session with you.

  4. The client must provide all necessary items including food and water.

  5. Attending dogs must be under control on a flat collar, harness and fixed lead. No slip leads, choke chains, prong collars or flexi leads). Owners using any of the above will be asked to change their equipment.

  6. All dogs must be sociable to other dogs and people in group classes, any concerns must be explained to Roxy or Elin prior to attending. Where there are behaviour concerns 1-2-1 training/ behaviour will be offered. The class space cannot be filled so the fees for this are non-refundable

  7. Your dog must be healthy to partake. If there are any signs of illness please do not attend. Any dogs showing signs during a class will be asked to leave. No replacement sessions can be offered or refunds given.

  8. Puppy Intro: All puppies must be aged between 8 and 26 weeks at the beginning of class. If dogs are not judged in these parameters alternative services will be offered where possible, but continuation in the puppy class will be terminated.

  9. You and your dog must be fit and healthy to take part in our training sessions. Any concerns, please raise this with us before your class is due to take place

121 Puppy Programmes

  1. 121 sessions for both silver and gold programmes must be used within 2 months from purchase date

  2. Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made more than 7 days in advance. If less than 7 days is given you forfeit the session. Re-arrangements or rescheduling is at the discretion of the trainer.

  3. Should the trainer have to cancel your session we will give as much notice as possible. An alternative day and time will be provided as soon as possible.

  4. The client must provide all necessary items (including all food etc) for training and behaviour sessions

 

121 Training and Behaviour Sessions

  1. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment for the course or programme. No refund is available for missed lessons or incompletion.

  2. Any cancellations or reschedule requests must be made more than 7 days in advance. If less than 7 days is given you forfeit the session. Re-arrangements or rescheduling is at the discretion of the trainer.

  3. Should the trainer have to cancel your session we will give as much notice as possible. An alternative day and time will be provided as soon as possible.

  4. The client must provide all necessary items (including all food etc) for training and behaviour sessions.

  5. Attending dogs must be under control on a flat collar, harness and fixed lead. No slip leads, choke chains, prong collars or flexi leads). Owners using any of the above will be asked to change their equipment.

  6. For you to get the most out of your sessions you must be committed to the programme. We require your feedback in between sessions and will encourage you to submit videos and regular diary updates so we can follow your progress. If we have not received information, or the work has not been completed, we reserve the right to cancel the upcoming session. Should anyone become disruptive or difficult to work with remaining sessions will be terminated and no refunds will be issues.

 

Club Membership (monthly subscription)

  1. Credits are on a use it or lose it basis. If you need to reschedule a session we will try to accommodate it.

  2. To cancel, please give one payment months notice. If you cancel your membership before your last direct debit is due, then a member of the team will invoice you for the amount due.

  3. Failed payments due to card failure or expiry will still be owed. You will get an email to notify you of payment failure and you can update your details. Please note that your membership is still active and the monthly amount is due for that month.

  4. When booking your class, please see the relevant terms and conditions for that class.

 

Training Class Programmes

Intro Programme

  1. The Intro Programme redeems 8 credits. You have 2 months to use these credits.

  2. If booking a Scent Intro or Behaviour Club Intro course this becomes a consecutive 4 week course that has a start date and a stop date. Missed classes unfortunately cannot be made up with this.

  3. Where the trainer has to cancel due to illness or extreme weather, an alternative date will be provided.

  4. Unused credits cannot be carried over and will expire after 2 months

  5. When booking your class, please see the relevant terms and conditions for that class.

Fundamental Programme

  1. This redeems you 16 credits which are to be used within 3 months.

  2. If booking a Scent Intro or Behaviour Club Intro course (8 credits): this is a consecutive 4 week course that has a start date and a stop date. Missed classes unfortunately cannot be made up with this.

  3. Where the trainer has to cancel due to illness or extreme weather, an alternative date will be provided.

  4. Unused credits cannot be carried over and will expire after 3 months.

  5. When booking your class, please see the relevant terms and conditions for that class.

VIP Programme

  1. This redeems you 24 credits which are to be used within 4 months.

  2. If booking a Scent Intro or Behaviour Club Intro course (8 credits): this is a consecutive 4 week course that has a start date and a stop date. Missed classes unfortunately cannot be made up with this.

  3. Where the trainer has to cancel due to illness or extreme weather, an alternative date will be provided.

  4. Unused credits cannot be carried over and will expire after 4 months

  5. When booking your class, please see the relevant terms and conditions for that class.

By enrolling in our dog training classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

Terms and Conditions for Payment Plan

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients who opt to pay for their training or behaviour programme through a payment plan with My Dog's Club. By agreeing to the payment plan, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. Payment Schedule:

Payments will be taken monthly via direct debit on the same day the payment plan was set up.

The payment plan is designed as a flexible way to cover the total cost of the programme and is not tied to individual sessions.

Payments are independent of the number of sessions attended and are not made on a "per session" basis.

2. Programme Completion and Cancellation:

You are responsible for paying the full amount of the programme, even if the programme is cancelled or sessions are missed. Where we have to cancel a session we will offer you an alternative time. Please give one week's notice to reschedule a booked session.

3. Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, we will notify you immediately and send an invoice for the outstanding amount.

You are required to resolve any failed payments as soon as possible to avoid disruption to your programme.

In the event of a failed payment, we reserve the right to pause any scheduled sessions until the issue is resolved.

If failed payments are not resolved in a timely manner, a late payment fee of [insert amount] may be applied.

4. Changes to Payment Details:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date. Please notify us of any changes to your payment method as soon as possible to avoid missed payments.

5. Late or Missed Payments:

We reserve the right to apply a late payment fee if payments are not made by the scheduled date.

Repeated late or missed payments may result in the termination of your access to sessions, and any outstanding balance will remain due.

6. Termination of the Payment Plan:

The payment plan will automatically conclude once the full amount of the programme has been paid.

Early termination of the payment plan by My Dog's Club due to failure to meet payment obligations will result in the full outstanding balance becoming immediately due.

7. Refund Policy:

No refunds will be issued for incomplete programmes, missed sessions, or if you choose to cancel the programme after signing up.

This policy applies regardless of attendance or reason for discontinuation.
